Taking the government’s clarion call on each one teach one, “Education on Wheels” programme began in two slums in Gurugram with the support of IGEP Foundation.

Launched the initiative for women empowerment in select villages of Haryana by ENACTUS – “Programme Auric” which gave all the women associated with Sukarya a reason to dream and aspire for a better future.

Sukarya achieved the unique distinction of becoming an accredited member of the Credibility Alliance for desirable norms.

Launched the Spices and Cereals Processing (SACP) Training Programme, “Aap Ke Saathi” to boost economic empowerment efforts.

With donor support, the “Urban Slum Health Action Programme (USHA)” was successfully implemented in eight slums of Delhi and two slums of Gurugram with the support of Amadeus India

The Integrated Rural Development Programme or IRDP in three villages of Tijara block, district Alwar, Rajasthan brought together several elements of Sukarya’s ongoing programmes.
