Reporting to- Project Manager Job Specification- MSW with 3-4 yrs experience in field implementation & Coordination in Social/development sector specifically in Health Programs. Job Description - • Assisting Project Manager in execution & implementation of project. • Overall Field implementation, Coordination, Managing the field office, leading the team and capacity building of field workers. • Provide support in the Office and co-ordinate with field level staffs, govt. service providers like AWW, ASHA workers & ANMs. • Coordination and Liaisoning with Government functionaries at Block, cluster & PHC&CHC level. • Organizing Health clinics in proper coordination & networking with government health & ICDS functionaries. • Conducting & Managing Nutrition Awareness sessions, organizing IEC exhibition and conduct, organize and monitor Health sessions across the implementation villages. • Ensure follow up of referral patients involving grass root level government health functionaries, collect necessary data from them in order to know the impact on certain health indicators and monitor the quality of services. • Regular field visits, Field surveys, social mappings, resource mappings, Data collections from local Government functionaries and other relevant sources. • Linkage, networking & coordination with grassroots and Block level health & ICDS staffs for referrals, procurement and convergence. • Networking, coordination & rapport building with community, PRI & other local stakeholders. • Preparation of case studies, success stories and process documentation. • Preparation of activity reports, weekly & monthly/Quarterly progress reports and maintenance of MIS and HMIS. • Any other activities as per the requirement of projects and Management instructions. Reporting to – Project Coordinator Job Specification- Graduate with teaching certificate course [desirable] having minimum 2 years teaching experience in schools or learning centers in slum locations. Job Description/ Responsibilities- • Formation of classes/Batches of 25-30 slum children and conducting the NFE & Remedial classes (1st to 5th Standard). • Ensuring daily basis/ regular classes with strict time table and location schedule. • Ensuring monthly meeting with parents and making home visits & follow ups of absent and irregular students. • Conducting extracurricular activities & other routine activities /sessions with children. • Ensuring monthly class test / examination of children in each batch. • Mainstreaming the children into the formal school. • Any other activity related with the growth & development of children and as per the Project norms & guidelines.
