To make access to health care easier, a Mobile Diagnostic Clinic was launched through the “Promoting Rural Health through Mobile Health Services” programme in six villages of Pataudi Block in Haryana.
The year also saw the “School Health Programme for Urban Slums” being set up in Gurugram
The year 2006 was important also because Sukarya’s work was recognised as it got awarded with the ‘Highest Pledge raising NGO’ title in the Hutch Delhi Half Marathon.
