Launch of the “Improving Maternal and Child Health through Specialised Clinics” (Hiffazat 2) programme in nine villages of Mewat.
Implementing the “Improving Mother and Child Health in Urban Slums” programme in four slums in Delhi was a major move in including many of the marginalised, migrant communities that subsisted below the poverty line.
Taking the work on social welfare forward, the “Community-Based Health Education and Livelihood Programme” was launched in 30 villages of Mewat District in collaboration with Freedom from Hunger, India.
