Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Gurgaon (Haryana)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverable

• Coordinate all aspects of project implementation and assist in developing the management structure for the project. Plan and organize capacity building exercises for all levels.
• Formulate and supervise operational research and studies to strengthen projects.
• Liaise, network, coordinate and converge with government health & ICDS system.
• To do strategic planning at the community level for the intervening area/ community/groups.
• To manage project developments, project implementations, monitoring and evaluations.
• Ensure timely feedback, analysis and submission of reports.
• Overall responsibility of implementation and documentation of the Projects.

Qualifications
• Applicant should be a Post Graduate in Social work [MSW] or MBA in Public Health or Rural Management or Development studies from a reputed institute.
• Should have work experience (5/6 years) in Development/NGO Sector specifically in Health Projects [Maternal Child Health & Nutrition]
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Job Title: Project Coordinator ARSH (For Only Female Candidate)
Location: Gurgaon (Haryana)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Adolescent Reproductive & Sexual Health (ARSH) Program projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Execution & implementation of ARSH project.
• Overall Field implementation and Coordination.
• Network, facilitate and coordinate with resource person/ trainers for training and also able to conduct training sessions by own as per requirements on thematic issues of (Adolescent reproductive & sexual health, Family life education and other associated issues)
• Preparation of case studies, success stories and process documentation.
• Preparation of activity reports, weekly & monthly/Quarterly progress reports and maintenance of MIS
• Any other activities as per the requirement of projects and Management instructions.

Qualifications

MSW with 3-4 years experience in field implementation & coordination in Social/development sector specifically in Health programs (with special emphasis on Adolescent reproductive & Sexual Health) and Girls empowerment.

Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Health (Anemia & Malnutrition control) program within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The candidate will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Based at State Project Office - UP (Bulandshahar) & Rajasthan (Alwar /Bharatpur).

Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of project implementation and management in targeted area
